Menus are healthy, wholesome and abundant meals with vegetarian options. All meals are prepared by our Executive chef and professional food service staff.

COURSE DISCRIPTIONIntegral Agile Wizardry: Mastering Self, Seeing Organizational SystemsA Five-Day Intensive for Committed AgilistsTopics | Who Would Benefit | Prerequisites | Outcomes | Foundational Models | Our Instructors | Cancellation PolicyIntegral Agile Wizardry is a five day bootcamp intensive for experienced Agilists and Leaders, helping them begin down the path of Integral Systems practice and spiral wizardry. The Bootcamp is highly experiential, interactive, and will focus significantly on your personal growth. It is designed to dramatically increase your overall effectiveness in the enterprise Agile coaching and transformation space, starting with a basic premise of, first, do no harm. The primary goals of the Bootcamp are two-fold: to do advanced work in developing the Self (meaning you) as the primary instrument of enterprise transformation, and to introduce the multi-dimensional Integral Agile perspective for systems and organizational change work. A significant pillar of this model is the notion of becoming an Integral Agile Wizard, someone facile in working at all altitudes of the spiral of development, helping to catalyze appropriate organizational change as an authentic servant leader. The Integral Agile approach attempts to do justice to the quote from Oliver Wendell Holmes: “I would not give a fig for the simplicity this side of complexity, but I would give my life for the simplicity on the other side of complexity.” It is an approach that is unique in the field and is the most in-depth and comprehensive introduction to the Integral Agile concepts and practices available.TopicsIntegral Agile Wizardry is unlike any conventional training. It starts with the premise that we ourselves are the most important instrument of change. Therefore, we have designed modules for each of the five days to exercise and develop the Self: in relationship, in systems, and internally (including work in facilitated small groups, meditation and shadow work). Each day has an overall major content theme, corresponding to the four Integral quadrants: Leadership (psychology), Competencies & Practices (behavior), Organization Architecture (Systems), and Culture. Specific topics include:
Day 1: Your Self in Systems (Leadership Circle debrief, Reactive vs. Creative, Integral development, perspective taking at altitude)
Day 2: Is Your Organization up to IT? Competencies and practices that create success with Agile in a range of cultures
Day 3: Systems Thinking: Advanced, Agile-consistent Organizational Patterns & Sttures
Day 4: Culture, Change and Relationship (emergent properties of relationship in systems)
Day 5: Your Self in Action: Holistic Seeing, Conscious Action in the Enterprise

Contact Erika for details. Our InstructorsLyssa AdkinsSince 2004, I have taught Scrum and Agile Coaching to well over a thousand students, coached many agile teams, and served as master coach to scores of apprentice coaches. In both one-on-one settings and small groups, I enjoy a front-row seat as remarkable agile coaches emerge and go on to entice the very best from the teams and organizations they coach. With ACI, I have had the pleasure of training over 2,000 people in the skills and mindsets of great agile coaching. Prior to agile, I had more than fifteen years of expertise leading project teams and groups of project managers (I was even a PMO Director — twice!), yet nothing prepared me for the power of agile done simply and well. I believe that agile is more than an alternate project management methodology and I am passionate about deepening the roles in agile – specifically agile coach and agile manager – to help agile move into its fullest expression. I hold an alphabet soup of certifications: Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I am also a trained Co-Active Coach and Leader. In 2010, I authored Coaching Agile Teams: A Companion for ScrumMasters, Agile Coaches, and Project Managers in Transition.Michael K. SpaydIn a word, my professional work is about transformation. I have found that I am wired to help people–and systems–change. I am drawn to cutting edge ‘technologies’ for coaching and developing organizations, leaders and teams. As an organizational change coach and consultant for 20 plus years, I have worked with Fortune 1000, small businesses and non-profits. For 13 years I have specialized in large-scale Agile transformation, working with numerous organizations, leaders, and scores of teams. My training as a Team and Organizational Coach created a foundation for my approach, plus training in executive coaching, organizational behavior, organization change and consciousness transformation. A Co-Active leadership program was particularly influential in my own leadership journey, and in coaching others on theirs. Formal credentials include Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). I am currently working on a book in the Mike Cohn series called Coaching the Agile Enterprise. An excerpt of that book, introducing the Integral Agile framework, was released in January 2014.Michael HammanFor most of the past 25 years, I have committed myself to the possibility that the workplace be a site for personal, professional and social transformation. Trained early on in coaching and large group facilitation with Werner Erhard and Associates, I went on to train in systems thinking, facilitation, organization development, and leadership development with Peter Senge, Peter Block, Thomas Leonard, Otto Laske, Marvin Weisbord, and with the Leadership Circle. For 12 years I developed software, and coached and trained software teams in the beauty of design and teamwork. This rich variety of background and training informs a unique approach to coaching agile teams and organizations that strives to see the whole system. Over the last ten years, I have coached dozens of Fortune 500 companies, leaders and teams toward greater holistic agility. In the process I have helped hundreds of people develop their own capacity for agile leadership and practice. Currently, my principle focus is in the areas of adaptive leadership and organization agility. I am working on a PhD in human and organizational development at Fielding Graduate University. I am Director of Agile Leadership Training & Development for ACI.Cancellation PolicyWe make business decisions based on how many people have registered for a given event.
